**Once I ship it (or) I email the download link (or) I start creating your website template I don't allow any refunds at all. This is because copies could be made of the system once you receive it as a shipment or download or I have already started creating your website. If I allowed refunds then you would end up getting the system or website for free.
**I have spent a lot of time and feel very confident in this system and that you will be happy with it. On this website you get a copy of the table of contents and a large and informative FAQ (frequently asked question) section to help you decide on whether or not you want to purchase this system or website template.
**My reason for no refunds is that once you receive the course/system or I create your website template and then you ask for a refund, you would then end up getting it all for free because you could have been able to make a copy of it all before shipping it back to me, so that is why I tell you and your credit card company that there are no refunds.
**We do not guarantee that all the links to other websites in the system and in the documents all work, because some of these other people's and companies websites might have been changed or even deleted after this was put together. I am not a professional author, so there can be misspellings, incorrect grammar. It contains everything I have learned over the years. I am not a lawyer, so everything in this website or in the system is my opinion, not law or fact. This course was created from my own personal experience.

IMPORTANT 1a:
Some counties are shut partially or fully down
due to Covid-19 (China virus) which can prevent some of the steps in my system.
Such as garnishing wages or bank accounts and more. There are about
3,141 counties in the US and I can’t help if a county is temporary closed
not allowing you to do some of the steps in this system.
But I don't have to go to the court myself most of the time (approx 70%) because
I work with the debtor and explain how their credit can be affected with a
judgment against them for employment, car loans, mortgages and more (see my
system for more details).
IMPORTANT 1b:
There are about
3,141 counties in the US and 50 states. I have collected in two states
successfully and as of 12/2020 I have fully or partially collected about 641
judgments so far. Some states (yours could be included) make it hard or
impossible to collect a judgment using the court systems and some states are
more friendly. But what I teach works for many states/counties. If
it is difficult in your state, work on judgments in another state and the
internet makes this possible.
IMPORTANT 1c: Once I ship it, send download link by email or I start creating your website template there aren't any refunds or returns or exchanges or credit because copies could be made and then you would end up getting it for free if I allowed refunds after its sent or my work has started.
In 1989 I was a landlord and I had a tenant move out but they caused a lot of damage so I sued them in small claims court. They never paid even though I won. So I researched on how to collect and while I was trying to collect that first judgment I wrote up some notes for myself.
Later I had to sue another other ex-tenant of mine so I expanded on my original notes.
When I was able to collect from this 2nd set of tenants I told some co-workers, real estate agents and landlords about my good fortune. Two of them asked me to help them collect from their own ex-tenants after they won in small claims court but never collected. So I expanded my notes even more after researching on how to collect judgments for someone else.
Over the years I kept improving the notes and documentation. Then I decided to write it up as a training manual system for judgment collection training.
